And we thought it was only middle-aged men with racing-driver fantasies who bought Ferrari merchandise. The Scuderia stamps its logo on pretty much anything – keyrings, laptops, mobile phones, baseball caps, watches, soft toys, coffee cups, bathrobes and much more – but is a skateboard really going to appeal to its legion of fans? Apperently so: this Ferrari skateboard, which will vacuum €127 (roughly £102) from your wallet, is currently in the Top 10 best-selling products at Ferrari’s online store.

Real skaters would laugh their little heads off if you turned up at the local skate park on a Ferrari board (at least, that’s what our sources tell us – we’re slightly too old to hop on a four-wheeled pain machine). And fortysomething fans of the marque wouldn’t be seen dead on such an adult-bothering device. So who’s buying it?
