Driver knocks down fans, bravely carries on
Chilean rally driver Jordi Serón ploughed into eight spectators on a stage of Chile’s Valdivia Rally, last Sunday. An 11-year-old girl and a 22-year-old man were severely injured.
Amazingly, Serón did not stop his car after the accident. “I am not worried about what happened,” he is reported to have said after the race. “Things like this often happen in this sport. I have nothing else to say for the moment.”
Yeah, screw you, innocent bystanders.
