Ferrari world champ voices support for disgraced FIA boss
Kimi came out in support of Max von Mosley in Canada this week, making him pretty much the only F1 driver to publicly back the FIA pariah.
When asked about Mosley’s win in the FIA vote of confidence, the Finn said: “For me it doesn’t really matter. I think it is his personal life and really has nothing to do with F1.”
This isn’t the first time that the Ferrari star has expressed sympathy for Max. A couple of months ago, at the height of Nazi Orgygate, Raikkonen said: “It’s his personal life and he can do whatever he wants and it’s not really my business or anyone else’s to put their noses in.”
Translation: “To all those snooping hacks and paparazzi out there, that’s exactly how I feel about my private life too.”
We might expect such an attitude from a man who allegedly once exposed his gearstick in a lapdance club.
