Finn speaks out about Hamilton’s Canada cock-up
Kimi Raikkonen has questioned Lewis Hamilton’s view of their accident in Canada.
The Finn said: “I can’t believe somebody can hit you when you are standing in front of a red light and side by side with another car.
“I can’t believe he did not see the red light, and more than that, the two stationary cars. He knows there was a red light. Accidents happen, but not with two cars that have stopped.
“I was ready to fight and try to beat [Robert] Kubica after the red light, but that never happened. Instead, along came Hamilton and our race was over.”
Translation: “I can’t believe Lewis could be such a dozy f**ing idiot.”
Kimi also said he thought Hamilton’s punishment for the next race, in France, was fair: “I think Hamilton deserves his penalty… He loses 10 places for the next race in France, and at least it is not going to make things any easier for him.”
Translation: “Sweet justice!”

The anti-Kimi sentiment on this site is huge… just like the foul language and poor spelling.
The fight in Monaco resulted in Kimi crashing into Sutil after Sutil had a braking issue in the faster part of the course. Sutil’s engine braking resulted in him nearly parking the car directly in front of Kimi. In fact, it was Sutil that took out Kimi, as lap times show, they had both clearly gone thru there faster through out each previous lap of the entire weekend.
Sutil taking out Kimi was a racing incident for which Kimi suffered because of a fault with Sutil’s car… but that is racing. Hamilton crashing into two parked cars, well, that’s a lack of driver attention. If you saw the video then you saw Hamilton shaking his head in disbelief at his own mistake… and you saw the gentlemanly, non-aggressive way that Kimi pointed out the mistake, and Lewis’ childish retort for being scolded.
Look, I get that you like Hamilton and would like to whitewash his mistake by pointing out all the bad things that you think his rivals have done, but it doesn’t change the facts that he made a huge mistake.
