Wee Bernie’s daughter lands job as paddock reporter
Tamara Ecclestone has bagged a full-time (ahem) job working for Italian broadcaster Sky, as a paddock reporter on the prowl for “interesting tales to tell”. She presents in Italian, one of three languages in which she is fluent - English and Croatian (from her mother, Slavica) are the others.
“I want a career, a proper one,” Tamara says in her best Kensington accent. “I want to show people that I actually do something and that I’m good at it. I don’t want to be a version of anyone else. People are already keen to draw comparisons with me and Paris Hilton, for example. That’s not me. I want there to be more to my life than being famous for getting out of a car with no knickers on.”
Yes, but if you are going to be famous for something, then getting out of a car with no knickers on is to be commended.
To be fair to Tamara, her daddy is so loaded that she never has to work a day in her life, so at least she’s showing some backbone.
