“Turn left at the mini roundabout, Michael…”
Given that GPS has been around for several years now, we’re surprised no one thought of this much sooner.
Mio’s new Knight Rider GPS features the reassuring, mellifluous voice of William Daniels (aka KITT, or K.I.T.T if you’re being pedantic), as well as a database of names so you can customise the unit to personally talk to you - it’s a childhood dream come true, sadly enough. As KITT tells you where to get off, columns of red LEDs pulsate in sync with the spoken commands. 100% genius.
It should hit the shops in September 2008, priced around £250. We’re going to buy one and put it in our Spada Codatronca.
