British ace returns to Goodwood a hero
Everyone wanted a piece of Lewis Hamilton when he made an appearance at Goodwood’s Festival of Speed. Hamilton drove last year’s McLaren MP4-22 up Goodwood’s 1.1 mile hillside track, and spoke to the large crowds, promising them he was working as hard as he can to “bring the championship home for all of us”.
Lil’ Lewis flew in to Southampton by private jet from Geneva, then took a helicopter to the stately home in West Sussex, for the annual motorsport festival that he and his family once attended as ordinary punters.
