Not every McLaren driver needs to date a Pussycat Doll
If Heikki Kovalainen were on the market, he would have to work at a furious rate to keep up with his philandering McLaren teammate in the lady stakes. Fortunately for him, this isn’t an issue, as Kovi is happy with his English ladyfriend Catherine Hyde, and according to the fountain of all half truths Wikipedia, they plan to marry on October 10, 2010. Seeing as that date is a Sunday during the F1 season, it looks a little unlikely, yet the couple are engaged and are certainly planning to tie the know in the near future.
Catherine, pictured above with one of Vanessa Feltz’s dinner plates, studies sports psychology. She has been in a relationship with the McLaren star for around six years, and can be frequently found milling around the paddock on a race weekend.

Wow, she’s got that whole Olivia Newton John ‘cute as a button’ thing going on (it’s the smile, I think!). Kind of refreshing natural beauty compared to the usual over glamorized runway models these guys seem to date…

Their wedding is scheduled on a race day? That means,
1) She’s dumber than a box of rocks, and didn’t bother to look at Heikki’s schedule.
2) They’re going to have some silly ceremony at the track.
3) It’s true love and Heikki is going to show it by not racing that day.
4) Heikki doesn’t thing his contract will last beyound 2009.
