This is ridiculous. I understand NASCAR is king here in the States, but as a racing fan in North America, I love F1 and this along with Brazil are the only races I don't have to wake up at 5 in the morning to watch. Which is really the only reason most people I know here don't watch it.

If they really want to be world wide they need to maintain a race over here. I hope the rumors of them going back to Mexico end up panning out or they return to Canada soon.

I have followed F1 for a vast number of years and it is getting increasingly monotonous due to Ecclestones perversion to turn the sport into a media circus. Removing the Canadian GP removes yet another race track from the calender, whilst the new tracks brought on offer no excitement at all. Singapore for example was a novelty with the lights but other than Filippe Massa attempting to tame a giant snake it was worse than watching Valencia, Monaco and Hungary

Poor decision. This season's Canadian GP was great with my man Kubica getting the win and there's always the excitement of normally great drivers crashing into the Wall of Champions.

Turkish Grand Prix has been boring - the polesitter has always won and Massa has won from pole for three years running!
