Spaniard says he’ll help Massa and Kubica
Earlier this week, we told you about Nando Alonso’s cheeky promise to help Felipe Massa win the title in the last two grands prix. Turns out he wasn’t kidding or misquoted. In today’s pre-race press conference in Shanghai, Alonso confirmed that he’d prefer Massa or Robert Kubica to win the title - anyone except Lewis, in other words:
When asked to clarify his throwaway remark about helping Massa, Nando replied:
“Obviously I was waiting for this question… When I said this in Fuji now we have a competitive car it seems we are able to fight with Ferrari and McLaren. And first of all we need to have a competitive car here in Shanghai and in Brazil to be fighting with McLaren and Ferrari, and if we do that and Felipe Massa wins the race and I am second or third, I will be happy for Felipe to take as many points as possible and this is the only approach.”
Translation: “In case you thought I was kidding earlier - I’m not. I’d do anything for Lewis to miss out on the title again.”
Alonso then revealed that Bobby Kubica is the driver he would most like to see become world champion in 2008:
“You can be here forever, and you cannot misunderstand what I said… When we say all these things, my best relationship is with Robert and I would like to see him win the championship.
“But it is quite difficult because the performance of his car means it will be difficult to recover 12 points. But I will do my own job but when you see the results you prefer some teams to win or some teams to win compared to others.
“I will not be any key part to the championship, whatever driver wins will win because he did a better job in the last two races. You can take whatever you want from my comment but it is very simple.”

When asked about Alonso’s comments, Lewis Hamilton replied:
“I don’t particularly have an opinion on it. I focus on my job, if we can be competitive this weekend we will try and get points and be up front great - what the others do is up to them.”
Sweet diplomatic skills, Lewis, but Alonso’s mischievous comments must sting. Do you think Nando’s honesty is refreshing or out of order?

Lets hope Nando the Great mashes Lewis the Stupid Wreckless Turd out of the race and anyone other than Lewser becomes wdc.
Lets hope that also Lewis realises he is too damn retarded to be in F1; you need intelligence to be a true F1 champ (not just fast reactions and no fear) and goes into rap or boxing instead, both of which seem to suit arrogant, loud mouth street-savvy twats with no class, like him.

Fernando is only saying that he will make it difficult for Hamilton to get past him, where Felipe he will let by easily!!! He can have his opinion and reasons for who he wants to win, theres nothing wrong with that. After the treatment he got at McIdiots last year its no surprise he wants moRon Dennis to fail again!!! He doesn’t have the correct personality to be an F1 driver.
He is too aggressive, too thick, too hotheaded and too brash.
He reminds me of Prince Naseem or Mike Tyson, but certainly not any F1 driver that has ever gone before.
He himself said he would be “a rapper not a guitarist” when someone asked him if he would be interested in joining the music biz.
I suggest gangster rap and boxing because of his aggression, lack of intelligence and big mouth.

The only reason why Alonso does not want Hamilton to win is because he would lose his record of being the youngest F1 race champion, which, alone, I think is fair enough motivation.
Also, all this shit about racism is just out of place. It seems that you cannot criticise Hamilton without being label as racist. Yes, he is black so what. It would seem that his backers are more conscious of the fact.
Anyway, he is the most likely champion this year. He has a good car and, let’s face it, he drives the wheels of it (sometimes literally).

youth records are there to be beaten
and is the achievenmen what last forever
alonso claims if he really wants someone to win this season is his buddy kubica,
if kubica could manage to win this season
he will be the youngest champion and nor alonso or myself would bother
what alonso just does not like is hamilton behaviour and much less his driving style,
exactly like everyone else.

If we said he should be working in McDonalds or cleaning toilets it would be regarded as a racist comment, whereas if we said Alonso or Raikkonen should it would be seen as a simple insult.
