Spanish press continues to spread the bullshit

Spanish newspaper AS (does that stand for Alonso’s Shit-stirrers?) claims Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen could swap teams for 2009.

The rumours were sparked by Flavio Briatore’s recent interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, in which the Renault boss stressed Renault’s tight relationship with Ferrari:

“It is logical that I support Ferrari, as an Italian, as Flavio Briatore, as Renault, for the relationship we have with Ferrari,” he said.

It seems Flavio’s quote alone was enough for one AS hack to put two and two together - and make anything but four.

Thing is, we don’t doubt that Ferrari would now choose Alonso over Kimi, but the logistics/timing/paperwork etc. make it an impossible scenario - and would Renault be prepared to donate their star man to Ferrari just to help the Scuderia fight for the 2009 title? Of course not.

of course he will be at Ferrari next year!!!!!!!!!!!!1 after the sh!t performances by Raikkonen and Massa this year and the amount of points they have lost between them , di Montezemolo has been climbing the walls in despair at some of their keystone cops driving!!! He NEEDS Alonso for 2009, just to get Ferrari back on top!!!
