Lewis honoured by Europe’s premier sports newspaper
After missing out on the BBC Sports Personality of the Year, Lewis Hamilton can take comfort in the news that L’Equipe has voted him one of their top five sportsmen of the year.
Hamilton came fifth in the voting, behind sprinter Usain Bolt (who was voted the Champion of Champions), swimmer Michael Phelps, tennis star Rafael Nadal and MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi.
Does this mean the French love Lewis more than us Brits? Shurely shome mishtake.

Yes, I think most nations in the world, apart from Spain, Italy, Poland and Britain, love Lewis. Britain and those other countries, are racist hell holes!

actually i don’t think so.. i mean i am sure that almost nobody likes hamilton[except british people of course]hm to be honest i don’t like him at all even thought i’m half-british….

Well more people voted for Hamilton in Britain than for Adlington for Sports Personality of the Year. Work that one out!

Just saw on the F1 Fanatic website that Lewis Hamilton is the most popular F1 driver in the world. The most “exhaustive, accurate and authoritative survey” in the world of 70,000 global votes. Just not in this racist shitty country where the media have made Lewis out to be the devil incarnate.
