Will Wee Bernie Ecclestone need to buy a hat soon? Maybe, if there’s the slightest shred of truth in the reported romance between Dannii Minogue and Lewis Hamilton. Kylie’s less-talented sister (it’s all relative, admittedly) is jetting off to the Monaco GP later this month, supposedly to “support” Lewis.

Dannii has already eaten and spat out Jacques Villeneuve, another small man in sponsored overalls. Lewis, be afraid… be very afraid.

The Aussie celebrity – what does she actually do these days? – has previous with racing drivers. She used to be engaged to Canadian speedster Jacques Villeneuve but the pair split in 2001. She swapped mobile numbers with Lewis at the Australian Grand Prix in March; he has been inundating Minogue with text messages ever since, and now “sources” (i.e. someone made it up) reveal that she has finally caved in agreed to a date with the Brit.
